Commercial floor cleaning
For when the daily mop isn't cutting it anymore. We scrub the floor by machine, rinse it, and take the dirty water out of the building with us.
Why a mop isn't enough
Here's the thing about mopping. The mop goes in the bucket, does a section, and goes back in the same bucket. By the end, that water is filthy, and it's getting spread across your whole floor. It looks wet and shiny for ten minutes, then it dries and the dirt is still there.
We do it differently. We put the right cleaner down, scrub it in with the machine, and then suck all that dirty water up. It goes in the tank and out to the truck, not back onto your floor.
You'll know your floor needs this if the grout lines are darker than the tile, there's a black edge along the walls, the kitchen feels greasy the day after it's mopped, or the floor just looks dull no matter what your cleaners do.
How it goes
Same steps on every hard floor. What changes is the cleaner we use, the pad on the machine, and how many passes it takes.

Put the right cleaner down
A degreaser for a kitchen, something gentler for a clinic, a concrete product if it's concrete.

Scrub it in
A floor scrubber with the right brush or pad breaks up what the mop's been sliding over for months.

Rinse and suck it up
We rinse the floor and vacuum every bit of dirty water off it. Grout lines too.

Go over it once more
A second rinse so there's no cleaner left behind. Then it's a clean, blank floor, ready to wax if that's the plan.
A real job
Three floors in one restaurant
One place, three different jobs in the same night. The kitchen needed degreasing. The patio needed a heavy scrub. The dining room needed a full strip and wax.
That's a pretty normal night for us. We're in after close, we're done before the morning crew shows up, and the owner walks in to a floor that looks like it did on opening day.
