Why wait until it looks bad?

The usual pattern goes like this. A floor gets cleaned every day but never quite the right way. It slowly gets duller and dirtier until someone finally calls for a deep scrub or a strip and wax. Then it starts sliding again.

A program breaks that cycle. We look at your floors, how much traffic they get and what they're made of, and build a schedule around that. Then we keep them there.

The goal is simple. If we're looking after your floors properly, you shouldn't ever need to call anyone for an emergency deep clean.

    What they're made of, how busy they get, and how they're being cleaned now.

    Rescue clean, if it needs one

    If the floor's already rough, we bring it back first. That first visit is often discounted when you're going onto a program.

    A schedule that fits

    Weekly, monthly, quarterly, or whatever matches your traffic. Worked around your hours.

    Regular visits

    Scrubbing, buffing or burnishing, and the heavier services when they're due, before the floor needs them badly.
