Our tile looks clean. Does it still need a deep clean?

It might. Dirt works its way into tile and grout a little at a time, so it can look fine until it's scrubbed. At the Richmond print shop, years of ink came up out of tile that looked clean.

Can you work around our shifts?

Yes. We go over your schedule first and do the floors in sections, or come in overnight or on weekends when the building is quiet.

Do you clean washrooms and locker rooms?

Yes. We use a no-touch system that gets behind the toilets and under the fixtures, then vacuums the dirty water away instead of mopping it around.

Do you work in Richmond regularly?

Yes. Richmond is part of our regular service area across Greater Vancouver. One-time jobs and regular maintenance programs.

Dirty water being vacuumed off a ceramic tile floor

The tile looked clean. Then the ink came up.

At a large printing warehouse in Richmond, we did the locker rooms, the lunchroom, the washrooms and the busy walkways.

The ceramic tile looked fairly clean. Once we started machine scrubbing, years of ink started coming up out of it. Yellow, blue and red, tracked in on people's shoes one shift at a time.

It's one of our favourite jobs. It shows how dirt builds up slowly in a floor that looks fine at first glance, and why a mop on its own can't get it out.

“Returned my call within 10 minutes, and had my floor cleaning appointment booked within the same week. I phoned a few other places a couple of days earlier, didn't get call backs, and the 2 who did were over priced. Did such a thorough job cleaning all the flooring. Really took their time and the results were great. Highly recommend using these guys!”
