Who's mopping 10,000 square feet?

Most warehouses have a mop and bucket sitting in the corner. But realistically, nobody's volunteering to mop 10,000 square feet, so it doesn't happen.

The floor gets left until the buildup is so bad that someone has to call in a professional. By then there's grease, oil, tire marks and spilled product ground into it, and it's become a slipping hazard as much as an eyesore.

We don't blame the managers. They're running a facility, not a floor. We'd like to take that job off their plate.

    What it is, what's on it, and what the existing finish is doing. Not every polished floor needs a sealer.

    Stain treatment, polishing or sealing where years of neglect need more than a clean.
