When should we book floor cleaning during a renovation?

After the trades are done in that area. If we clean first, the floor just gets dirty again and you pay twice. We can do it in sections as each part wraps up.

Can you degrease a restaurant kitchen floor?

Yes. We use a proper degreaser, scrub it by machine and vacuum the dirty water up, so the grease actually leaves the building instead of getting pushed into the grout.

Is floor care in Langley different from Vancouver?

The floors aren't that different. The logistics are. In Vancouver, parking, building access and loading rules can make a job complicated. In Langley, access and parking are usually more straightforward, especially in industrial areas, though every building has its own rules. Either way we plan the timing with you and work around your hours.

Can you work after closing?

Yes. Evenings, overnight or early mornings, so your kitchen is ready for the next service.

A restaurant, mid-renovation

We worked with a Langley restaurant that was changing hands to a new operator in the middle of a renovation.

We started with the commercial kitchen: a deep clean and degrease, with the dirty water pulled up off the floor instead of spread around. Over the next few weeks we came back and did each section as the contractors finished with it.

The order matters. Clean a floor before the trades are done and you'll pay to have it cleaned twice. We line our work up with the renovation schedule so it happens at the right point.

“We had the team from Prime Floor Care come in to strip and treat our 2000 square foot plus restaurant, patio and kitchen. We were so happy with the service, the attention to detail and the result was better than we could have expected. Highly recommend.”

Dalina · Restaurant, Main Street, Vancouver

“Returned my call within 10 minutes, and had my floor cleaning appointment booked within the same week. I phoned a few other places a couple of days earlier, didn't get call backs, and the 2 who did were over priced. Did such a thorough job cleaning all the flooring. Really took their time and the results were great. Highly recommend using these guys!”
