Our floors are in rough shape. Can you bring them back?

Usually, yes. We'll do a rescue clean to bring them back, and if you go onto a maintenance program after, we'll often discount that first clean.

Can you clean textured rubber stairs?

Yes. A machine can't get into that texture, so we scrub them by hand with brushes and pick up the dirty water.

What does a maintenance program look like?

A schedule built around your traffic. Regular cleans so the floor stays presentable, and it never gets back to needing a rescue.

Do you work in Coquitlam regularly?

Yes. Coquitlam is part of our regular service area across Greater Vancouver. One-time jobs and regular maintenance programs.

Clean vinyl plank floor after a deep clean

From tired floors to a maintenance program

A plumbing and HVAC sales office in Coquitlam called us after management noticed the floors were looking tired. It's a big office, mostly luxury vinyl plank, with some ceramic tile and textured non-slip rubber stairs.

We restored the whole thing. The stairs got scrubbed by hand with brushes, because a machine can't get into that texture properly.

After that first clean they moved onto a regular maintenance program. That's the best way it can go: one rescue, then steady care so the floor never gets that bad again.

“Returned my call within 10 minutes, and had my floor cleaning appointment booked within the same week. I phoned a few other places a couple of days earlier, didn't get call backs, and the 2 who did were over priced. Did such a thorough job cleaning all the flooring. Really took their time and the results were great. Highly recommend using these guys!”
