Can you clean our floors while we're open?

Often, yes. In Surrey we did a physio clinic on a Saturday while it was still seeing patients. We work in sections and keep people clear of the wet areas.

How do you clean luxury vinyl plank?

A soft pad and a neutral cleaner, then we pick up the dirty water and rinse. No harsh pads and no heavy degreasers. They leave residue behind or wear the top of the floor down.

Do you work in Surrey regularly?

Yes. Surrey is part of our regular service area, along with Langley, Delta and the rest of Greater Vancouver.

Our floors are in rough shape. Can you bring them back?

Usually, yes. We'll do a rescue clean to bring them back, and if you go onto a maintenance program after, we'll often discount that first clean.

A physio clinic that stayed open

We did the floors at a physiotherapy clinic in Surrey. About 4,000 square feet of luxury vinyl plank, through the exercise and rehab stations, treadmills, offices, reception, the waiting room and the entrances.

We used a swing machine with a softer pad, pulled the dirty water up with our Kaivac, then rinsed with clean neutral water so nothing was left on the floor.

We came in on a quieter Saturday while the clinic was still open and worked around the staff and patients. We plan around how your business runs. You shouldn't have to close for your floors.

“Returned my call within 10 minutes, and had my floor cleaning appointment booked within the same week. I phoned a few other places a couple of days earlier, didn't get call backs, and the 2 who did were over priced. Did such a thorough job cleaning all the flooring. Really took their time and the results were great. Highly recommend using these guys!”
